Who we are

Seeti Ltd (trading as ṣẹẹti) is responsible for the information you give us when you join our waitlist. Contact us at heyseeti@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address, the date and time you joined, and a record of your consent. We use these to send you emails about ṣẹẹti, including product launches, events and exclusive early access. Our lawful basis for this marketing is your consent. Providing your email is optional, but we cannot send you waitlist updates without it.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw your consent or object to marketing at any time. Email heyseeti@gmail.com with “unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will stop sending you marketing emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Who helps us

We use Cloudflare Pages to host this page. We use Brevo to collect and manage waitlist sign-ups and send emails. These providers process information to provide their services to us.

How long we keep information

We keep your email address while you remain on the waitlist and until you withdraw your consent or ask us to remove it. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to record and respect your request not to receive marketing, for as long as necessary for that purpose.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. To make a request, email heyseeti@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
